This policy describes how the Offshore Wind Radar processes personal data, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
(a) Browsing data (analytics). We use Umami, a cookieless analytics tool with no personal identification. We collect, in aggregated and anonymized form: pages viewed, approximate country/region, device type and traffic source (referrer). We do not build individual profiles or store identifiable IP addresses.
(b) Voluntary contact. If you reach us via WhatsApp, you share your number and message, processed solely to respond to you.
Audience metrics → legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX). Responding to contact → pre-contractual procedures and/or consent (art. 7, V and I).
This site uses no tracking cookies. Analytics is cookieless; therefore we display no cookie-consent banner.
We do not sell or trade data. Our providers are Vercel (hosting) and Umami (analytics), which may process data on servers outside Brazil, under adequate safeguards (LGPD art. 33). WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own policy.
Aggregated metrics are kept for a limited period for trend analysis. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to assist you.
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information on sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, use the contacts in item 1.
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures. This policy may be updated; the date at the top indicates the current version.
