This policy describes how the Offshore Wind Radar processes personal data, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).
(a) Browsing data (analytics). We use two cookieless tools with no personal identification, which collect data in aggregated and anonymized form. Umami records pages viewed, approximate country/region, device type and traffic source (referrer). The Veridis in-house counter records pages viewed, traffic source, approximate country, state and city, and whether the visit comes from a server (cloud) network or another network. We do not build individual profiles or store identifiable IP addresses.
(b) Voluntary contact. If you reach us via WhatsApp, you share your number and message, processed solely to respond to you.
Audience metrics → legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX). Responding to contact → pre-contractual procedures and/or consent (art. 7, V and I).
This site uses no tracking cookies. Analytics is cookieless; therefore we display no cookie-consent banner.
We do not sell or trade data. Our providers are Vercel (hosting), Umami (analytics) and Upstash (database for the in-house counter's aggregated totals), which may process data on servers outside Brazil, under adequate safeguards (LGPD art. 33). WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own policy.
Base map imagery is loaded directly from Esri servers (ArcGIS Online), which receive your browser's IP address in order to deliver it, under Esri's privacy policy. The map and globe libraries and the globe texture are served by this site itself, with no third party in between.
Umami metrics are kept for a limited period for trend analysis. The daily totals of the in-house counter, which contain no personal data, are kept for historical comparison. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to assist you.
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, information on sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, use the contacts in item 1.
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures. This policy may be updated; the date at the top indicates the current version.
